Through strategic touchpoints, we provide tailored support, resources, and networks to empower new leaders, setting the stage for their successful tenure within the district.
Newly appointed leaders are provided support to:
- Acclimate to the district's culture
- Navigate program and facilities access
- Access a directory of key personnel
- Explore professional learning opportunities
- Gain clarity on roles and responsibilities
- Participate in regular meetings with their supervisors
- Develop a 30/60/90-day entry plan for success in their role
